Adele F. (Romanych) Manicki, 71, of Brimfield, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield with her family by her side. She was born on October 6, 1946 in Yonkers, NY. Adele was the daughter of the late Peter and Adele (Holback) Romanych. She worked at HP Hood in Agawam, Acres Newstand in Springfield and the Grog Shoppe in Hampden. Adele is survived by her husband of 14 years, Edward Manicki; her son, Jeffrey Cook of Springfield and her daughter, Tricia DeGray and her husband, Jeffrey of Southwick and their children, Hannah and Cameron. She also leaves a daughter, Debra Polik and her husband, Steven and their son, Matthew; a son, Michael Manicki and his wife, Diane; a daughter, Janet Tousignant and her husband, Peter and their children, Ashley and Amy; a son, Mark Manicki; and a daughter, Sandy Manicki. She is predeceased by her two brothers, Peter Romanych and Carl Romanych. Adele loved getting together with her family. She liked all animals, especially horses. On the weekends, Adele and her husband enjoyed taking trail rides and camping together. Calling hours for Adele will be held at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 69 East St in Chicopee Falls on Friday, January 5th from 4 to 7 pm and on Saturday, January 6th from 10:30 to 11 am with a service at 11 am at the funeral home.
