Father and loving husband, David J. Condino, 69, passed into glory at 5 am Sunday morning, August 6, 2015 at Baystate Medical Center. His wife and best friend of over 50 years, Jean (Brueno) Condino, and children were with him. Dave, a strong and determined man, never gave into the cancer he fought for over 20 years. He loved to fish, hunt, and golf, play his guitar or harmonica, and spend time with his wife, his dog Princess, and family. Dave was born on June 22, 1946 in Springfield, but has been a lifelong resident of Chicopee, Dave will be missed.

He leaves behind four children, Tina Gomes, Rocco Condino, and Cher and Victor Condino and a great granddaughter, Ava. David also leaves his sister, Angelina McCarthy of Springfield, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, Philomena and Rocco Condino.

A funeral home service will be held on Friday, August 21, 2015 at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 61 Grape St. in Chicopee Center at 11am. His burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Chicopee. A calling hour will be held prior to the service Friday morning from 10 to 11 am.
