Eugene E. “Moe” Mrozinski, 79, of Chicopee, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield. He was a retired computer programmer at Sweet Life for over thirty years. He was also the owner of Meadow Brook Food Center in Ludlow for over ten years. Gene was born on November 12, 1941 in Chicopee and was the son of Walter L. and Helen S. (Tokarski) Mrozinski. He was a U.S. Army veteran during the Vietnam War. Gene loved his family. He is predeceased by his wife, Shirley A. (Bissaillon) Mrozinski. Gene is survived by his four children, Jeffrey Mrozinski of Chicopee, Lorene Dziedzic and her husband, James of Chicopee, Joseph Mrozinski of Chicopee and Cathleen Barsalou of Southwick and eight grandchildren, Jennifer and Dan, Katie and TJ, Sarah, Jordan, Abby, Brandon, Tyler and Julie. Burial was in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
