Frederick S. Mamicki, 91, of Chicopee, died on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Care One at Redstone in East Longmeadow. He was an electrician and the owner of Casey Electric Inc. in Springfield and a member of the Local I.D.E.W. Local 7. Fred was born on March 28, 1930 in Chicopee and was the son of the late Stanley and Josephine (Pietras) Mamicki. He was a communicant of the Basilica of St. Stanislaus and a member of the Knights of St. Stanislaus. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his wife, Alice (Kwiatkowski) Mamicki, a brother, Walter Manicki, four sisters, Anne Jurkowsky, Stella Kowal, Alice Zywna and Lena Lak. Fred is survived by his two daughters, Carol Ann Ray of Somers, CT and Joni Mamica and a son-in-law, Anthony Hirsh of Kalispell, Montana. He also leaves his sister-in-laws, Dorothy Seidel and Emily Douglas, both of Holyoke, MA and Mary Ann Kwiatkowski of Waldwick, NJ; his brother-in-laws Henry G. Seidel of Holyoke, MA and Richard Kwiatkowski of Waldwick, NJ; .a Goddaughter, Cynthia Mastalerz of Chicopee and Godsons, Henry D. Seidel of Holyoke and Michael Manicki of Ludlow, MA and several loving nieces and nephews. Fred will be missed as well by his friends of “The Uncle Rolf Road Gang”… Rita and Fran, Barbara and Jack, Joanne and Don, Betty and Joe, with whom he and his wife, Alice spent many happy years at ktheir cottage in Dennisport, MA, as well as on their boat “The Siesta” Happy sailing! A private graveside service at St. Stanislaus Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
