Joanne Green Provost (Grilley) from Chicopee, MA left this world suddenly on May 15th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Chicopee, MA, Joanne was predeceased by her father, George Grilley and her niece, Sheila Jamroz. Joanne is survived by her loving family, who miss her so dearly. Her mother, Beverly Grilley, her sons, Shane Green, Chad Green, Seth Green and his partner Alexandria Pease as well as her sons father William Green, her sisters, Lori Jamroz and Lisa Grilley, her brother Glenn Grilley and his partner Nadine McCruden, three grandchildren, Ariana Green, Bryson Green and Maya Green who affectionally referred to her as “Grandma Jojo”, as well as nieces and nephews. Joanne was a graduate of Chicopee Comprehensive High School and a lifelong resident of Chicopee. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, who brought her immense joy, collecting antique jewelry and watching scary movies.  Calling hours for Joanne will be held on Tuesday, May 27th at The Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 61 Grape Street in Chicopee from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The burial will be at the convenience of the family on Wednesday, May 28th at 11:00 AM.
