Joanne M. Bishop, 69, of Chicopee, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022 at Holyoke Medical Center. She was born on January 3, 1953 in Springfield and was a lifelong resident of Chicopee. She was the daughter of Bertha (Brzezowski) Bishop and the late Robert Bishop. Joanne is survived by her son, Chris, his wife, Carleen; granddaughter, Samantha; two sisters, Cathy Boyer, her husband, Norm and Carol Talbot, her husband, Bob; along with many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother, Donald. Calling hours are on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 9:00 to 10:30am at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 69 East St. in Chicopee Falls, followed by a graveside service at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Montgomery St. in Chicopee at 11 am.
