John “Jack” M. Leone, 79, of Chicopee, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.  He was born on February 18,1943 in Holyoke, and was the son of the late Michael and Josephine (Abramowicz) Leone.  Jack is survived by his loving and devoted wife of thirty-two years, Muriel J. (St. Jacques) , five children; several grandchildren and many friends. Jack was a machinist by trade for multiple local companies. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid supporter and leader of the Boy Scouts at Camp Moses in Russell. Calling hours are on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 4:30 to 6 pm at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 61 Grape St., in Chicopee followed by a service at 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104 or the Moses Scout Reservation, 310 Birch Hill Rd., Russell, MA 01071.
