Jon J. Guiel, 52, of Chicopee, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at Holyoke Medical Center. Jon was born on February 2, 1970 in Holyoke, MA. He was the son of the late Gerald E. and Linda M. (Sands) Guiel. Jon was a graduate of Chicopee Comprehensive High School, Class of 1988, where he found his passion in automotive technology. Not only was he the best handyman you could find, he was also an amazing father. He leaves his daughters, Alyssa and Katelyn Guiel, their mother, Brenda Pauze Guiel as well as his brother, Jeffrey M. Guiel and his wife, DaviLee Guiel, nephews Luke and Levi Guiel and his beloved grand dog, Wesley and many others whose lives he touched. Besides his parents, Gerald and Linda Guiel, Jon is predeceased by his brothers, James and Michael Guiel. Calling hours for Jon will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 69 East St. in Chicopee Falls from 5 to 8 pm. Family and friends may meet at the funeral home on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 9:30 am for a funeral home service at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Chicopee.
