Kenneth S. Hamilton, Sr. 102, of Chicopee, died on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Willimansett Center East in Chicopee. Kenneth was born on July 28, 1914 in Chicopee and has been a lifelong resident. He was a communicant of the Basilica of St. Stanislaus, worked at the American Bosch and retired from New England Container as a machinist. Kenneth is predeceased by his wife, Natalie (Kurowski) Hamilton, who died in 2003. He is survived by his son, Kenneth S. Hamilton, Jr. of Chicopee and a grandson, Kenneth S. Hamilton, III of East Longmeadow. A funeral home service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 61 Grape St. in Chicopee Center at 11 am. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. A calling hour will be held on Saturday morning from 10 to 11 am.
