Mark T. Daley AKA “Tater”, 73, of Palmer, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at home.  He was born on April 14,1952 in Springfield and was the son of the late William and Margaret (Martin) Daley. Mark was a plumber for Local 104 in Springfield for 44 years. He is survived by his former wife and current mistress Christine (Skibski) Daley of Palmer; a daughter, Linda Daley-Gonzalez and her husband, Angel of Agawam, a son, William Daley of South Carolina and a daughter, Katie Daley of South Carolina; predeceased by his favorite child, Wilson; a brother, Martin Daley and his wife,  Anne of Springfield; sister-in-law, Linda Skibski of Rhode Island; brother-in-law, Raymond Skibski and his wife, Ann of Tolland; four grandchildren, Jordyn Daley, Mikayla Daley, Sabien Duhart and Riley Duhart; niece, Martha Franz, nephew, Brian Daley. Nieces Christine Skibski, Julie Skibski, Sara Hiller, Cheryl Mierzwa. Mark was an avid golfer, but he never shot his age. He loved his trips to their second home in South Carolina as well as the many family vacations. His love of football rubbed off many from coaching to his long time love of the Browns. He could never pick a winner.  He was loved by many and he reciprocated that love back ten fold.  Calling hours are on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 from 3 to 7 pm at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 61 Grape St. in Chicopee.  A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 19^th at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 47 Pine St. in West Springfield at 11am.  His burial will be at St. Michael’s Cemetery at a separate time.
