Raymond M. Gadoury, 88, of Chicopee, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Willimansett Center West. He was a retired machinist at Kidder Stacy, Inc. of Agawam. Raymond was born on May 26, 1933 in Chicopee and was the son of the late Raymond S. and Frances (Zaleski) Gadoury. He was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Church and a US Marine veteran of the Korean War. Besides his parents, Raymond is predeceased by his son, James M. Gadoury and a sister, Maryanne Campana. He is survived by his wife of almost sixty-five years, Phyllis J. (Kagan) Gadoury; a daughter, Lisa Gadoury of Chicopee; his grandson, Jared Gadoury of New Hampshire; a brother, Robert Gadoury and his wife, Marion of Chicopee; a sister, Linda Scott of Belchertown; sister-in-law, Geraldine Kagan; a special great nephew, Derek Clay and many other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 9:15 am to 10:15 am at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 69 East St. in Chicopee Falls, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Anthony of Padua Church at 11 am. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
