I am Bob's cousin. My mother was Helen's oldest sister. When I was an adolescent and young teenager I spent two weeks every summer at "The Shore" with Aunt Helen and Uncle Bob. Bob. was about two years older than me and was always so kind. I wanted to shadow him because he was such a cool surfer dude. I remember as if it was yesterday him tan and blond and carrying his surfboard wherever he went. So glad to learn that he continued his love of the outdoors throughout his life. I am Bob's cousin. My mother Alice was Helen's oldest sisters,. For years as an adolescent I used to spend two weeks each summer at "the Shore" with Aunt Helen and Uncle Bob. Bob was my older cousin by about 2 years and was always so kind to me. I remember shadowing him because he was a surfer dude. and so cool. I remember like it was yesterday him being tan and blond and carrying his surfboard everywhere. So happy to know that he remained an avid outdoors-man.
