Theodore M. Sliwa, 84, of Chicopee, died on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at home. He was a machinist for Eastern Etching. Ted was born on May 28, 1931 in Chicopee. He was the son of the late Andrew and Antonina (Giera) Sliwa. Ted was an Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis (Wojcik) Sliwa; his two daughters, Katherine Slater and Joanne Maynard and her husband, Michael, all of Chicopee. All services were private.
