Estelle M. (Lemire) DuVall, 91, of Northfield, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Willimansett Center East in Chicopee. She was a retired assembler at Ampad Corp. in Holyoke. Early in life, Estelle was a commercial artist.. Estelle attended Chicopee schools and was a 1949 graduate of Chicopee High School. She was born on September 4, 1930 in Chicopee and was the daughter of the late Ernest E. Lemire, Sr. and Anna C. (Partyka) Lemire. She loved watching birds and also working in her garden and yard. Estelle is predeceased by her husband, Nelson R. DuVall; a sister, Lorraine A. Chapdelaine and brother, Ernest E. Lemire, Jr. Estelle is survived by her daughter, Valerie A. DuVall of Northfield, her son, Mark E. DuVall and his wife, Diane of Shutesbury; her sister-in-law, Loretta A. Lemire of Chicopee; two grandchildren, a great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may attend a Liturgy of Christian Burial at the Basilica of St. Stanislaus, 566 Front St. in Chicopee on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 11 am. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452
