Frances A. (Aras) Trembley, 75, of Chicopee, died on Thursday, August 1, 2019. She was a retired clerk at Mass Mutual. Frances was born on July 21, 1944 in Chicopee and was the daughter of the late Frank and Adella (Jaworek) Aras. She was a communicant of the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr. Besides her parents, Frances is predeceased by her husband, Thomas H. Trembley. She is survived by her son, David Trembley and his wife, Sharon (Couture) of Granby, a daughter, Theresa Snider and her husband, Eric of Leesburg, VA; two brothers, Richard Aras and his wife, Joan and Frederick Aras; a sister, Maxine Houle; five grandchildren, Kayla, Ryan, Lyndsay, Jeremy and Kristen and many nieces and nephews. Frances’ funeral will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 61 Grape St. in Chicopee Center at 9 am, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial in the Basilica of St. Stanislaus at 10 am. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Calling hours are on Tuesday from 4 to 7 pm.
