Joann E. (LaPlante) Anderson, 78, of Chicopee, died on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Wingate at South Hadley. She was a retired assembler at Buxton. Joann was born on December 27, 1940 in Chicopee and was the daughter of the late Robert and Margarite (Gody) LaPlante. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth E. Anderson, two brothers, Robert and Wayne LaPlante and a sister, Barbara Theroux. She will be missed by her bird, her companion, Bert. Joann’s burial will be held at a later date.
