Leo E. Greany, 76, of Stamford, VT, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Berkshire Medical Center in North Adams.  Leo was born on June 21, 1945 in Holyoke and was the son of the late John Greany and Ellen (Fitzpatrick) Godon. His life passion was restoring,  building and playing with model trains.  Leo was also an avid reader.  He is survived by his life partner, Terry Haig,  two daughters, Kimberly Hale and her husband, Brett of North Carolina and Gwen “Wendy” Logan and her husband, Scott of New Hampshire, a son, John  Greany of North Carolina and eight grandchildren, Peter, Justin, Zoe, Kayle, Lilith, Liam, Madison and Mason.  A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fuller Rd. Chicopee at 1 pm.
