Lorraine P. (Rogowski) Lachowetz, 92, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Reeds Landing in Springfield.  She was born on April 8, 1931 in Springfield and was the daughter of Stanley and Stefania (Jachym) Rogowski.  Lorraine was the office manager for a commercial maintenance company.  She loved gardening and was great at it.  Lorraine was a very generous and giving person, and always saw the bright side of things.  She is survived by her son, Tony Lachowetz of South Hadley/Florida; a daughter, Debra Lachowetz of Denver, CO; nine nieces and nephews, Steve Lachowetz, Mark Lachowetz, Lisa Devonshire, Andrew Lachowetz Jr., Karen Baldwin, Pamela Omer, Jeffrey Lachowetz, Cynthia Aresenault and Michele Rogers Berk. She is predeceased by her husband, Anthony Lachowetz; 3 brothers, Stanley Rogers, Edward Rogowski and Michael Rogowski and a sister, Phyllis Tupek.  In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing Skilled Nursing Facility, 807 Wilbraham Rd., Springfield, MA 01109.
