Sandra M. Rheaume, born in Springfield December 6, 1938, beloved daughter of the late Meddy and Anita (Poirier) Rheaume. She attended the former Holy Family School in Springfield and graduated in 1956 from Cathedral High School. She retired from Western Mass. Electric Co. and then worked for a total of 12 years at the ICT Center at STCC. Sandra was a devout Catholic and was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Springfield. In addition to her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her brother, Ronald and his wife, Rose Mary and sister-in-law, Dolores (Dolly). She is survived by her brothers, Kenneth of Springfield and Allan of Chicopee, nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. In her later years, she took great joy in her “Sunshine Girls”, Sophia and Alena and their brother, Blake. There are no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to meet on Friday, May 13th at 10:30 am at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home, 69 East St., in Chicopee Falls. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 am at Sacred Heart Church on Chestnut St. in Springfield. Entombment will follow at St. Michael, the Archangel Mausoleum at St. Michael’s Cemetery.
