Susan S. (Perlak) Scott, 72, of Chicopee, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 in Cape Coral, FL. She was born on October 20, 1950 in Springfield and was the daughter of the late Frank E. and Sophie M. (Cebula) Perlak.  Susan was a graduate of Chicopee High School and attended Bay Path University.  She worked for Kraft Food Service, SS Pierce and the Eagles Aerie #404 for many years.  Susan was known for her love of animals, being friendly, kind and always enjoyed a good party.  She was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. Susan was preceded in death by her husband, Neil Scott in 2016. She is survived by her loving children, Derek Scott and his wife, Shirley of Ludlow and Shelly Lynn and her husband, Steve of Cape Coral, FL; two grandchildren, Mason and Austin; brothers, Frank Perlak and his wife, Linda of Chicopee, Edward Perlak of Jamestown, RI, and Joseph Perlak and his wife, Helen of Chicopee, as well as many nephews and nieces. Visitation will be on Thursday, October, 5, 2023 from 8:30 to 9:30 am at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 69 East St. in Chicopee with a funeral home service at 9:30 am.  Susan’s burial will follow at the Massachusetts Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St. in Agawam at 11 am.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Thomas J.
