Victoria (Radwanski) Neils, 92, of West Springfield, passed away on August 3rd at Heritage Hall North, in Agawam.  Victoria was born in Chicopee and lived in West Springfield for many years. She worked as an office manager for McLaughlin Paper Co. Victoria was the daughter of the late Joseph and Antonina Radwanski. She was a communicant of the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr, past Treasurer of the St. Vincent de Paul Society and a member of the Rosary Society.  Victoria is predeceased by her husband, Raphael (Jim) Neils, who died in 1998, and predeceased by all her siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Lori Perella and her husband, Carl Perella, two loving grandchildren, Nicole Postupack and her husband, Drew Postupack of Wallingford CT and Michael Ratchford of Westfield, along with several nieces and nephews.  The family would especially like to thank the nurses, CNAs and team members of New England Hospice, and the nurses, CNAs and team members of Heritage Hall North, C-wing, for their loving and compassionate care.  Visitation for Victoria will be held Tuesday August 8, 2023 at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 61 Grape St. in Chicopee from 9 to 10 am followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial in the Basilica of St. Stanislaus, 566 Front St. in Chicopee at 10:30 am.  Her burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Chicopee.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or New England Hospice, 190 Old Derby Rd. #304, Hingham, MA 02043.
